WELcome to my blog!
Hello guys, once again welcome to my Blog. Let me intoduce myself. My name is Khilyah Khasanah. I’m student at State University of Surabaya with majoring in Education of science. Now I’m in the 4th years of college exactly in 1st semester. In this Semester I have to do internship in the school specially in Junior High School (secondary school). For the internship, I join SEA Teacher Program that held by SEAMEO (Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization).





What’s SEA Teacher?
The SEA Teacher Project or the “Pre-Service Student Teacher Exchange in Southeast Asia” is a project that aims to provide opportunity for pre-service student teachers from universities in Southeast Asia to have teaching experiences (practicum) in schools in other countries in Southeast Asia.
In this program, I have opportunity to teach 7 diamond and 7 pearl grade at BISCAST Labroratory High Scholl in Naga City, Penafrancia, Philippines.

Luneta Park is an iconic park that carries with it a rich history, as it is the location where the country's National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal was executed. The park was also formerly known as Bagumbayan during the Spanish Occupation in the Philippines.

The National Museum of Natural History houses 12 permanent galleries that exhibit the rich biological and geological diversity of the Philippines.
It includes creatively curated displays of botanical, zoological, and geological specimens that represent our unique natural history.


>> Mall of Asia
The mall is currently the largest shopping mall in the Philippines and the fifth in the world. The Mall of Asia consists of four buildings interconnected by walkways and elevated pathways: the Main Mall, the Entertainment Mall, and the North and South Wing Parking Buildings. Mall includes numerous shopping and dining establishments and the food court. The Entertainment Mall is a two-story complex, most of which is open-air, and also features some shopping and dining businesses. The Entertainment Mall also hosts the Music Hall, an events hall (formerly open-air, now airconditioned) facing Manila Bay.

In monday 25th September, Unesa students were invited to tour in Naga city. In Naga city we visited many chruches such as plaza rizal, catherdral, and sanfrancisco chruch.

Curriculum
The current K-12 program in the Philippines, which was implemented in 2012, covers kindergarten, six years of primary education, four years of junior high school, and two years of senior high school to prepare graduates for tertiary education, middle-level skills development, employment and entrepreneurship.

Facilities
BISCAST Laboratory High School has some facilities such as 4 classrooms, Office, Reading area, Canteen, Toilet, Television. Every classrooms has 45 students that can be occupied. That’s all to support academic system. BISCAST Laboratory High School uses STEAM method in learning. The purpose is BISCAST Laboratory High School wants to strength their student at Science and Technology.

Pendagogic
Conducting classroom observations in integrated science, the teacher uses the student center method, where the teacher always involves students in the learning process. To stimulate student activity, the teacher always carries out discussions and questions and answers during learning. Teachers also uses learning media as a form of utilizing technology such as delivering material presented in the form of presentations.

Pendagogic
The learning resource used by science teachers at BISCAST Laboratory High School is the Science Links K12 book. As a learning resource, the book contains material components, learning media, and performance skills that students must carry out. For cognitive assessment, teachers uses formative and summative assessments. Formative assessment is carried out after learning is completed, while summative assessment is carried out when 1 sub-chapter has been completed.
